Beef And Chile Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. flour
    2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook first four ingredients until meat is brown and drain. Drain chilies and cut in half.
    Layer half of chilies and cheese in lightly greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Top with meat mixture. Top with remaining chilies and cheese,
