Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. hot boiling water
1 c. oatmeal

Preparation

Pour 1 1/2 cups hot boiling water over 1 cup oatmeal.
Let stand.
Mix the rest of ingredients together.
Add to oatmeal. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
