Summer Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken rice)
    4 large chicken breasts, boiled
    4 scallions, chopped
    8 oz. jar artichokes
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. black olives, sliced
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. red onion, chopped
    5 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. artichoke marinade juice
    25 cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Preparation
    Cook rice according to package.
    Cube cooked chicken.
    Mix with rice and chill 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator.
    Gently mix together all ingredients.
    Chill overnight.
