Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini (small)
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
dash of pepper
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and spread in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
Cut in small squares.
