Crumbly Topped Rhubarb - cooking recipe

3 c. chopped, unpeeled rhubarb
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal (quick cooking)
Preparation

Combine the rhubarb, flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a 10 x 6 x 12-inch baking dish.
Add 1 tablespoon of water and cream together. Set aside.
