Turkey Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chili sauce
    1/4 c. boiling water
    3 slices cubed wheat bread
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 lb. ground turkey
Preparation
    Dissolve bouillon in boiling water.
    Combine bouillon, egg and remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Shape into 6-inch loaf.
    Bake in lightly greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
