Tara-Tour Sauce (Tahini Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 to 3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. tahini
2 lemons
salt

Preparation

Pound garlic with salt.
Add tahini and lemon juice.
Mix until smooth.
Serve over warm fish or steamed vegetables.
