Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta, melted
    1/2 c. salsa
    1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
    1 doz. eggs, beaten
    20 large flour tortillas
    sour cream
    mushrooms (optional)
    black olives (optional)
    green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    In a large bowl or casserole dish, combine Velveeta, salsa and sausage.
    Cook eggs (do not add salt) in lightly oiled skillet. Add eggs to cheese mixture.
    Warm flour tortillas according to package.
    Place four or five tablespoons of mixture in each tortilla and roll up.
    Place on platter; serve with extra salsa and sour cream.
