Applestick Snack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. Jell-O gelatin (strawberry flavor)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. apple juice
    ice cubes
    1 medium unpeeled apple, cut in matchstick pieces (about 1 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine juice and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Add to gelatin and stir until slightly thickened.
    Remove any unmelted ice.
    Add apple.
    Chill until set, about 2 hours.
