Homemade Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix salad oil and sugar together.
Add eggs, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, pineapple, walnuts, raisins, coconut and carrots.
Mix together and add flour.
Mix.
Pour into a 10-inch well-greased tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown.
Stick a toothpick in cake; if it comes out clean, it is done. Cool.
Ice with Cream Cheese Icing.
