Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O powder
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 qt. strawberries, sliced
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, cornstarch, sugar and water.
Cook over medium heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly.
Let boil 3 minutes.
Cool.
Place sliced strawberries in baked pie shell. Pour cooled filling over berries.
Chill 2 to 3 hours.
Add whipped topping just before serving, if desired.
