Pea Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frozen peas, cooked and cooled
    1 c. peanuts, salted
    Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. salad dressing
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Mix peas, peanuts, cheese and onion; set aside.
    Mix remaining ingredients and add to pea and cheese mixture; chill.
    Makes about 2 quarts.
