Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, slightly beaten
spaghetti sauce
4 oz. sliced Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Combine crumbs, cheese and a dash of black pepper.
Dip chicken in egg, then coat with crumbs.
Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Turn chicken and bake 20 minutes more.
Heat sauce and pour over; top with cheese.
Return to oven to melt.
Serve over pasta.
