Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
4 to 6 strips bacon, fried
1 medium onion, diced
1 c. Swiss cheese, diced
4 eggs
1 c. table cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
green pepper
Preparation
-
Mix all together and pour in unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes and then at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
(Put foil around edge of crust during last 15 minutes to keep from getting too brown.)
