Creamy Fettuccine With Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fettuccine
    1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2/3 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. basil
    1/4 c. parsley
    carrots
    broccoli
    mushrooms
    string beans
    zucchini
    cauliflower
Preparation
    Cook pasta, steam veggies.
    Puree in blender cottage cheese, milk, basil, parsley.
    Combine veggies and pasta.
    Pour sauce over and serve room temperature or hot.
