Banana Oat Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 to 3 mashed bananas (1 c.)
1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk
3 Tbsp. oil
2 egg whites
Preparation

Combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Mix well.
Combine bananas, buttermilk, oil and egg whites.
Mix well with wire whip.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir only enough to mix.
Put sugar and cinnamon on top.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
Makes 12 muffins.
Contains 3 grams fat and 110 calories.
