Butter Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
    1 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. butternut flavoring
Preparation
    Cream sugar, Crisco and eggs together for 10 minutes at high speed in mixing bowl.
    Add 1 cup flour.
    Beat on high for 1 minute.
    Add remaining flour and milk.
    Beat 1 minute on high. Add butternut flavoring.
    Beat well.
    Pour in greased tube pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
