Sausage And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. hot or sweet sausage (great if both)
    6 peppers (red and green), clean and sliced
    4 large onions, sliced
    1/2 clove chopped garlic
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Boil sausage 30 minutes.
    In large skillet, brown garlic.
    Add sliced peppers and sliced onions.
    Saute until soft.
    Partly cook potatoes.
    Cut quarters and add to skillet.
    Add stewed tomatoes. Salt and pepper.
    Mix together.
    Let cook 45 to 50 minutes on low flame.
