Tender Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast (shoulder or chuck)
    all-purpose seasoning
    salt
    pepper
    self-rising flour
Preparation
    Wash roast in cold water.
    Sprinkle with all-purpose seasoning, salt and pepper on all sides.
    Roll in flour.
    Put in hot grease in large iron skillet and brown on both sides.
    Put in roasting pan and sprinkle with more all-purpose seasoning.
    Add 2 cups water and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour for each pound of meat or until tender.
