Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 heaping Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir cornmeal into 2 cups milk. Heat mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until it makes a mush. Add rest of milk and beaten eggs. Stir in salt, baking powder and melted butter. Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
