Spicy Grilled Catfish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (6 oz.) catfish fillets
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. diced ginger root
    6 cloves diced garlic
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Arrange fillets in a shallow dish.
    In a jar, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, green onions, minced onions, paprika and cayenne pepper.
    Pour over catfish and cover.
    Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove fish from marinade.
    Grill or broil 4 minutes on each side or until catfish flakes with fork.
