Chilies And Cheese Pie(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (4 oz.) cans El Paso chilies (hot)
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
salt to taste
Preparation

Drain.
Place chilies in shallow 9-inch baking dish.
Beat eggs and milk.
Pour 1/2 over chilies; sprinkle cheese over top and add remaining eggs and milk.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until of custard consistency.
Serve hot on crackers.
