California Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
    2 Tbsp. parsley (fresh or ground)
    1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets onion savory herb garlic soup mix
    3/4 c. milk, heated to boiling
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place potatoes in saucepan and cover with water.
    Bring to a boil over high heat.
    Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are very tender; drain.
    Return potatoes to saucepan; mash.
    Stir in parsley, onion soup blended with hot milk and sour cream.
