Dot'S Bleu Cheese Flan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. crushed butter flavored crackers
    8 oz. crumbled Bleu cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 2/3 c. sour cream, divided
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine crackers and butter.
    Press into a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
