Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices white bread, crusts removed
3 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. pork sausage, cooked, crumbled, drained and cooled
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 c. half and half cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

Butter bread; cut into cubes.
Place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
Sprinkle bread with sausage, then cheese. Beat eggs, salt, cream and mustard together.
Pour over bread mix. Chill overnight.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. Serves 6.
