Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground zucchini
    4 c. ground onions
    5 Tbsp. canning salt
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 green pepper, chopped fine
    1 red pepper, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Put zucchini, onions, and salt into a large bowl.
    Mix well. Let stand over-night.
    Drain well an put into a kettle with remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
