Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. mashed, ripe bananas (approximately 5 bananas)
    1 c. corn oil
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, water and mashed bananas, then add dry ingredients, mixing well.
    Add pecans last (I like dusting them very lightly with flour).
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 2 large loaves, 9 x 5-inch size loaf pans.
