Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. white crabmeat, picked and flaked
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    juice of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; form into 8 patties 2 inches in diameter.
    Better if chilled a few hours.
    Fry in deep fat (low cholesterol shortening) until golden brown.
