Casserole Mexicana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (12 oz.) can corn
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (3 7/8 oz.) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 c. coarsely crumbled tortilla chips
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over moderately high heat.
Add ground beef and cook until lightly browned.
Add seasoning mix, undrained beans, corn and tomato sauce.
Stir to combine.
Bring to a boil. Pour mixture into a deep 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle olives over meat mixture.
Sprinkle crumbled tortilla chips around the edge of casserole and sprinkle the cheese over the chips.
Place in a 350\u00b0 oven and heat for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
