Braided Orange Bread - cooking recipe

5 to 5 1/4 c. sifted flour
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. milk
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Combine 1 cup of flour and undissolved yeast in large mixing bowl.
Scald milk in saucepan.
Add margarine, sugar and salt. Cool to very warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
Add milk mixture to flour-yeast mixture.
Beat until smooth.
Add eggs and 1 cup flour, orange juice and rind.
Beat until mixed well.
Gradually stir in enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
