Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
6 tsp. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Blend shortening, then thoroughly mix grated cheese into mixture.
Stir in milk.
Roll onto floured board.
Cut with biscuit cutter and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
