Brussels Sprouts Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. frozen Brussels sprouts
1 can tomatoes
1/2 c. prepared beef bouillon
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Preparation

Place Brussels sprouts in bottom of square dish (9 or 10-inch).
Pour in beef bouillon, mixing in salt and Cajun seasoning.
Pour can of tomatoes along with juice over Brussels sprouts.
Cook until tender and most juice has evaporated.
Place grated cheese over cooked dish and return to oven for 10 minutes. You may add mushrooms to mixture when starting if desired.
Makes great main dish.
Put in oven at 350\u00b0.
