Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. honey
1 c. pecans (large pieces)
Preparation

Peel carrots and cut into large slices.
Sprinkle salt over carrots and saute in margarine until crisp.
Do not overcook. Spoon honey over carrots.
Add pecans and stir until they have a glaze.
