Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    3 eggs
    1 c. vegetable oil
    nuts
Preparation
    In large bowl stir together all ingredients except eggs and oil.
    Pour eggs and oil over flour mixture and stir until moistened.
    Turn into greased loaf pan (9 x 5 x 3-inches).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes before removing from pan to cool further.
