Applesauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    apples
    sugar
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Cut,
    core
    and quarter apples;
    add water.
    Bring to a boil; simmer
    for
    1/2
    hour.
    Drain water, but reserve.\tPut apples through
    colander; add water to attain desired consistency.
    Add sugar
    and cinnamon as desired.
    Fill clean jars; seal with hot water bath for 20 minutes.\tRemove and cool.
