Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 c. Crisco
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl.
These may be rolled out and baked without rising.
You may also freeze after cutting out biscuits.
Can also be left in refrigerator for one week; roll out a few each day, if desired.
