Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    3 c. flour
    4 to 6 large bananas
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Beat in eggs.
    Measure and combine remaining dry ingredients.
    Mash bananas and put aside.
    Add buttermilk, bananas and vanilla to creamed mixture.
    Mix well. Pour into greased pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 1 (10 x 4 x 2-inch) pan, 1 (9 x 5 x 3-inch) loaf and 1 (13 x 9 x 2-inch) pan.
