Irene'S Hot Dog Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 small chopped garlic clove
1 lb. hamburg
1 slice mashed liverwurst
1 can strained tomatoes
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. water
1 small can tomato paste (optional)

Preparation

Saute oil, onion, chopped garlic clove, hamburg and mashed liverwurst in a large pot.
Add tomatoes, salt, chili powder, cloves, poultry seasoning and water; simmer 1 to 2 hours. you saute.
