Whipped Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Crisco
    1/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Cook flour and milk until thick.
    Cool.
    Mix sugar, Crisco and margarine.
    Mix with a mixer; add cooled flour mixture a little at a time.
    Mix well.
    Makes enough icing for a 2 layer cake.
