Chicken Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole boiled, deboned, chopped chicken
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced almonds
    4 hard-boiled, diced eggs
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 jar India relish
    1 c. skimmed chicken stock
    2 c. cooked green peas
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling stock.
    When cool, add mayonnaise to stock.
    Mix remaining ingredients with mayonnaise mixture. Pour in large casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
    Cut in squares and serve.
