Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 big green peppers
    1 lb. sausage or hamburger
    1 c. white rice
    oregano to taste
    1 can whole tomatoes (can use spaghetti sauce for substitute)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut peppers into 2 halves.
    Clean insides and rinse.
    Boil rice until it's done.
    Brown meat; add spices to meat (or spaghetti sauce).
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix rice with meat; stuff meat and rice into shell.
    Place stuffed shells in baking dishes.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Take out of oven.
    Add cheese on top. Place in oven until melted.
