Chicken Madra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 small onions, finely chopped
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Brown in melted butter. Remove chicken.
    Add onions and saute until tender.
    Add flour and curry powder.
    Stir until smooth and bubbly (about 2 minutes). Stir in broth.
    Bring to a boil; add chicken.
    Cover and cook over low heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
    If sauce is too thick, add more butter.
