Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 oz. sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    2/3 c. milk
    noodles
Preparation
    Cook steak in thin strips and brown slowly in butter.
    Add onion, mushrooms, dry mustard, salt and pepper.
    When tender, add cream cheese and milk.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Serve on hot noodles.
