Foil Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 lb. chicken (breast or thigh)
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, catsup, sugar, garlic and salt.
    Pour over chicken and marinate overnight.
    Wrap each piece of chicken in foil, adding 1 teaspoon of marinade to each piece.
    Put on cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with rice.
