Plum Sauce For Dipping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ripe plums, halved, pitted and cut into wedges
    1 Tbsp. water
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. ginger root, pared and grated
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except the soy sauce, in a pan and bring to a boil.
    Lower heat; cover and simmer 5 to 10 minutes until plums
    are
    soft.
    Stir in soy sauce.
    Cool slightly and pour into your
    blender.
    Blend until smooth.
    Refrigerate if not using immediately.
    Will keep up to 1 week.
