Ingredients

3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (9 inch) unbaked piecrust
Preparation

Mix flour and salt in small bowl. Beat butter in bowl till smooth and creamy. Add sugar 1/2 c. at a time. Beat till fluffy. Beat in vanilla; add eggs one at a time stirring after each one. Stir flour mixture into butter mixture. Stir in buttermilk. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of piecrust. Pour in filling. Bake at 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
