Pimento Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    2 to 3 onions, chopped
    1 small can Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
    1 jar pimentos
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and parboil, then chill.
    Grate as for hash browns.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Layer potatoes, onions, butter, pimentos and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
