Plum Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. self-rising flour
2 small jars baby food (plums)
2 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, one at a time.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a greased and floured tube pan.
Yields one 10-inch tube cake.
A good cake for cold weather with coffee. Very moist and spicy.
