Carrot-Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    2 c. finely shredded carrots
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation
    Grease and flour a tube pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Beat butter, sugar and eggs in a large bowl at high speed for 3 minutes. Add flour alternately with juice, starting and ending with flour. Stir in rind, carrots and walnuts.
    Spoon batter into pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until top springs back when pressed. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes.
