Italian Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes
1/4 c. garlic
1/4 c. oregano
1/4 c. basil
1 medium onion
1/4 c. parsley
1 tsp. red pepper
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Italian seasoning
Preparation

Slice potatoes long way (wedge shape) as many as you need for the meal.
Sprinkle garlic, oregano, basil, parsley and red pepper over top.
Slice onion over top and Italian seasoning.
Add sliced butter over top.
Place in 500\u00b0 oven, turn often and cook about 30 minutes.
